Eliza Schneider from Wilmington University was named the Co-Rookie of the Week in the CACC for her performance with the Volleyball team. She had 26 kills in a 2-1 week for the Wildcats.

Caravel beat Padua 8-0. Katie Cole scored three goals and had one assists for the Bucs who are now 5-0. Hailey Haynes, a Junior, scored twice and had two assists.

Smyrna is now 3-2 as the Eagles beat Caesar Rodney 7-0. Bree Moffett scored three goals and Addy Beamer scored three times and assisted on another.

Delmar remains undefeated at 5-0 as they blanked Sussex Academy 4-0. Jordyn Hollamon scored all four goals to give her 20 for the year. Marleigh Wells saved all 5 shots against her for the shutout win in goal. The Seahawks are 3-1.

Newark Charter is now 4-0 as they shutout Concord 7-0. Audrey Nelson had 2 goals and 3 assists for the Patriots.

Indian River beat Conrad 8-0 and they are now 3-1. Junior Baylie Williamson had a role in every goal scoring 4 of them and assisting on the other 4 for the Indians.

Boy's Soccer

McKean improves to 3-1-1 with a 5-0 win over Red Lion. Jordy Lopez scored 4 goals for the Highlanders.






AI duPont beat First State Military 6-2. Erik Villalobos-Paramo scored 5 goals and assisted on the other as the Tigers pick up their first win of the season.







Caravel and St. Andrews played a scoreless first half and then the Bucs exploded for 5 goals in the second to win 5-0. Freshman Myles Dayton scored three goals and Finley Lum scored the other two. Caravel is now 3-1 for the year.

Cape Henlopen is 3-2-1 after their 5-1 victory over 2-1-1 Polytech. Brady Spiegel scored 4 goals for the Vikings.

Volleyball



Wilmington Charter is one of 6 remaining undefeated team. They beat Conrad in straight sets. Bella Bufano led the Force with 35 assists and 15 digs.

Newark Charter is one of those remaining unbeaten teams at 4-0. But Delaware Military put them to the test in 5 sets. Kennedy Pavlekovich led the Patriots with 12 kills. The Seahawks are now 2-3.
