Padua named Shannon Salerni their Field Hockey Player of the Month for September.
Nora Higley was named the Padua Cross Country Athlete of the Month for September.
Field Hockey
Delmar beat Smyrna 6-0. Jordyn Hollamon scored twice and had two assists. Maci Bradford scored two goals and Josie Hollamon had a goal and assisted on two others. The Wildcats are now 13-0 for the year. The Eagles are 11-2.
Tower Hill beat Archmere 3-1 and the Auks goal came with less than a minute in the game. The Hillers are in a down year, record-wise, and they needed this victory to improve to 4-6. The loss is Archmere's second and they are now 11-2. Caitlin Smith, AJ Hehir and Elizabeth Barr scored for Tower Hill.
Cape Henlopen beat Woodbridge 6-0. Grace Wiggins scored three more goals for her Vikings and assisted on another. Cape is now 12-1.

Sarah Ackerman accounted for all of the offense in this game between St. Andrews and Odessa. The Saints beat the Ducks 2-0. St. Andrews is 2-7 while Odessa falls to 8-5.
Mallory Wood scored three goals for Lake Forest as they beat Dover 6-1 to change their record to 7-4. Emma Massey had a goal and two assists for the Spartans. Dover is now 3-11.
Boy's Soccer
Thad Glasser had two goals and an assist for Caesar Rodney. The Riders beat Delmar 4-1 and are now 8-3 on the year.
Cape Henlopen beat Lake Forest 7-0. Nicholas Panyko scored 4 goals for the Vikings who are now 10-2 this season. The loss drops the Spartans to 5-8.

Volleyball
Caesar Rodney beat Cape Henlopen in straight sets winning two high-stress sets in the process/ Alexandra Mardesich led everyone with 19 kills. The Riders are now 10-3 with a big match against Newark Charter tomorrow. The Vikings are 8-5.
Sacha Mardesich
With both teams fighting for tournament berths, Padua beat Wilmington Friends 3-0. Mary Mancini had 16 kills for the Pandas and Eleanor Dealy 18 for the Quakers. Padua's record is now 5-7 while Friends stands at 5-6. Padua has St. Marks, Ursuline, and undefeated Paul VI from NJ to close out their schedule. The Quakers have Tower Hill, Newark Charter, Caravel and St. Andrews remaining.

Delmarva Christian improved to 12-1 with a 3-0 victory over Red Lion. The Lions are now 8-6. Ellie Millaway had 23 kills for the Royals and her younger sister Elaina had 18.
