The Golden Knights of Sussex Central are the 3A D2 Champions of football. They are 6-2, 3-0.
The Sussex Central Boy's Soccer team ended the regular season 10-3-2. They are the Henlopen Northern Conference Champions and are the #5 seed in the Division 1 State Tournament. They will face the #4 seed, the Force of Wilmington Charter School.
But first they will travel across town to Sussex Academy where they will play the Seahawks for the overall Henlopen Conference Championship at 12:30.

Woodbridge is 7-2, 4-0 after beating Sussex Teach 45-13. Traci Johnson scored 4 touchdowns for the Blue Raiders, 3 rushing and one on an interception return. They have Delmar left on the last day of the season in a game which will determine the Champion of the 2A D3 title.

Howard beat Mt. Pleasant 48-27. The Wildcats RJ Matthews threw for 7 touchdowns and 434 yards. Jamal Johnson led the receivers with 11 catches for 236yds and 5 TD's and Robert Kelly had 8 catches for 176yds and 1 TD. Howard is 6-3, 3-1 in 2A D2.

St. Andrews beat Seaford 41-11 behind the 5 touchdown performance by Frank Nasta. He threw 4 of those touchdowns to Griffin Patterson. Both teams are now 3-6 for the year.

Newark Charter fended off a comeback attempt by the Dover Senators to win in a 5-set battle. Kennedy Pavlekovitch led the Patriots with 17 kills and 15 assists. Sara Shuts had 13 kills and Freshman Zhara Pritchett had 9 kills and 5 blocks. The 7th seeded Patriots await the winner of the Smyrna and Delmarva Christian match.

#4 Ursuline beat #13 Appoquinimink in straight sets. Hayley Timmons led the Raiders with 34 assists. CC DeCaro had 11 kills and 18 digs.

#5 Padua beat #12 St. Georges in 4 sets. Senior Aanya Yatavelli with 15 kills. The Pandas now advance to play a very familiar foe in the the quarterfinal round, the Raiders of Ursuline.
