University of Delaware football offensive lineman Brock Gingrich has been selected to the 2024 Division I FCS All-ECAC Team, as announced on Thursday. It is Gingrich's second postseason honor in as many days he was named to the Stats Perform All-American Second Team.

Brandywine's Molly Miller signed an NLI to attend Chestnut Hill College in PA. She will join the Lacrosse program.

Trey Johnson from Cape Henlopen's Indoor Track team broke the school record in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.49. It was the 15th fastest time in Delaware history.
